There are no institutions its mainly retail. i also have 1.5% of the share capital and will object against all proposals. Expect an rns this week with a little more effort from bandy now the agm is near.
I've just reviewed results of last years meeting and the vote......Greg Bandys memo states that the points were passed on a 'show of hands'....which indicates to me that no-one usually votes in these things....am I right? Why else would he say points passed by a 'show of hands' .....if this is true we must have a good chance of making our point.....unless Bandy decides to get a load of institutional mates to vote in favour...which would be highly suspicious given the show of hands at the last one........get voting everyone....
