He could hardly say "news next week, later this month or in November." That would have an impact on the SP without an RNS. He kept it vague as possible to stay within the rules I would imagine. Plus there is the now notorious failure of the company to keep to timelines - either deliberately or not. So far he has been fairly honest with us admitting shortly after saying it that we wouldn't make to 1000bpd target by year end. If we do, which I doubt, we will all be pleased.
'Sales process is underway, we expect some news in the coming months'.......those were his exact words.....vague as ever....however I read that as pre Xmas...... Can this share go lower in interim?, yes of course, just look at Len, way under cash in bank share price wise.... Will it!, not sure. The first thing we need to do though is once annual meeting is announced, is to vote down the proposals, that includes you oil riches, if you vote at least we have done the first step....and we need your vote to win! So as soon as it's announced and it's proposals we need to get onto our brokers.... By voting down the proposals we will have fired our first warning shot....a bit like a written warning....if we don't then see some action in a reasonable period of time we can call an EGM.....but initially we all need to put our money where our mouths are and all ensure we vote against the proposals, rather than blame others for lack of action.
According to HL 65% shares bought today. So why has the share price dropped today? And does anyone really know if Georgia is sold or not as their were rumours flying around. I'm having a heart attack looking at the share price today. Gla
