RE: That's me done guys - good luck

Newstrader they could not approve it - the county board have already not backed it, now the mining inspectorate has essentially backed it so the government will make the final decision.

There were only two options that could have happened today and this was the best possible outcome, the other meant Bem was out for the count.

1. The MI said no to the mine, 2. the MI disagreed with CAB and supported the mine in principle

Essentially it is 1 for and 1 against the mine so far with the government having the casting vote.

I feel this is just going to hang over us until it's been agreed.

Disappointed they didn't just approve it

When was the last time that happened?

Great news for us long term holders - we know that once BEM starts moving it goes and goes. Not at all concerned about a P&D. Not concerned that it's referred to Govt - surely approval is nailed on now.

Been waiting a looong time to top up on this news - thanks Kallack for the early heads up.

But we knew this, all looks good now. Government have to decide if they are going with the MI judgement. Odds clearly in our favour. If the MI had rejected then it wouldnt look so good.

We are pleased that the Mining Inspectorate of Sweden has progressed the Company's application to the Swedish Government and that the Inspectorate believes that the fundamental prerequisites for the granting of an Exploitation Concession for Kallak North have been met. This is a validation of the direction set by the Company's previous management, studies conducted by our Swedish employees and consultants, contained with our submissions, and our focus on addressing matters of concern to our stakeholders.

"We have met all fundamental requirements set by the Swedish regulations for the Application and as such we remain confident the Exploitation Concession will be approved by the Swedish Government. We will continue to work with all our Swedish stakeholders in the months ahead to strengthen relationships and advance the future development of Kallak North."
