I dealt with many Annual Reports in my former career and I agree with Emily that at this time the only outstanding issues can be points of clarification and how certain transactions could be recorded. The numbers themselves will not change. It is however interesting to think that its formal issue might be delayed until after Pad 4 results start to be released because I suspect there will be some (not I) who have sold expecting to get in on any initial drop once the results come out. By releasing the results in the middle of the Pad flow news any negative interpretation will be completely negated. It is a very good strategy.
