Good evening T123 and John,

I would also be interested in more information from the presentation, I was disappointed I couldn't make it. What was said other than what was written in the ppt? I guess its speculative to read between the lines, but was Mark's sentiment? Was there a mention of timescale?

John: I don't necessarily consider either of those as a downside. El Salvador is off BS, isn't factored into the price and still has the possibility of instantly adding a massive resource overnight. The company is holding a political lottery ticket, there is no risk there at all. Also, no buyer yet, could be a huge bonus, CNR can continue to add value through low risk drilling or continue the move towards production.

T123: I guess the real risks are the ones we all know about as investors on the AIM and in this sector. What is key is that I feel the team here have mitigated those risks as much as they can. So I agree there is little more CNR can do apart from keep intelligently selecting the best ways to drill, sample and build towards a BFS.

I also agree with your issue on share price focus. When volume and coverage are low, markets become more inefficient and sometimes the SP isn't indicative at all in terms of genuine company market value. So long as the company is moving forward underneath it all, I am happy and every piece of news has suggested that so far. Like you said, ultimately the management are very incentivised to see an SP rise.

However, if you are that certain of this company's prospects, like I am, price fails represent buying opportunities. Minimal trading volume is a concern that presents no benefit. It wasn't intended to be a whine at all.

Is there any news on a mining permit that I may have missed?

Thanks,
Rob

The only negatives I can see are:
1. No offers as yet, although the cnr have been independently identified as a hit takeover target
2. El Salvador moratorium

The list of Positives I think are well known and as long as your arm. We just need to be patient.

Disappointed that we havent seen some kind of positive reaction volume wise to the proactive presentation that Mark gave last week. Still, early days yet I suppose...

Anyone have any thoughts on the presentation? I gave mine last week, but in summary I thought it was incredibly positive. Would also have liked to see a video from proactive containing the Q+A session etc, but cant find anything.

Until someone can point out a negative aspect of this company or we see something other than a positive RNS from MC, then I will continue to expect a decent sale price for this asset in the future... whether thats 1 month or 3 years... and I am prepared to hold and add here to put my money where my mouth is..

And.. Welcome robbie - glad to have you contributing. If you can share with me any negative points regarding the asset CNR has or the way its run, please do so. I'm tired of posters who knock this share because of its SP performance without adding anything different / contrary / valuable to the discussion here. Yes the SP is disappointing but we are not 10%'ers here... we are here for the long haul. MC has clearly said that he is at the mercies of the market and the sector we operate in.. but that market will eventually turn as it always does... And when that happens, he has put CNR into the best position that he can to realise value for shareholders ( including himself as the major shareholder here! ). Personally, I trust that the IFC (with their extensive due diligence) have invested their millions of dollars carefully and wisely here and the decision to do that was taken by more savvy investors/experts than the likes of those whingers who hang around this board for reasons known only to themselves...

regards,
T123

2008 eh you really are a longtermer.good to have a new name here.hopefully you caught a few of those 10 p old money spikes.there have been opportunities to sell and buy back here over the years and it is sensible to me.not so many opportunities the last year are two granted ,but 100-60 and 60 - 100 is still quite a good margin.I have a trading pot and long term shares here.it. Has worked ok for me.good luck and good to hear long term views.

Hi guys, great to finally post on her after years of following the boards here and at iii - so thanks to everyone who has constructively added to the board over the years.

I've bought and sold at various times since 2008. I have always been optimistic of the long term prospects on this company due to the management and several other underlying factors even after the El Salvador disappointment.

However, I am currently also concerned about the lack of volume being traded, 590 is incredibly low. Can anyone explain this. I guess market participants aren't buying or selling and maybe it is because company is fairly valued for where it is at right now. It still doesn't explain the complete market disinterest in such a promising company, perhaps it is nervousness. I can imagine it is why Mark Child wanted to publicise last Thursday presentation via RNS.

I feel the company needs some positive result as soon as possible just for market sentiment and interest sake, though I understand you can't rush genuine, value add ground work. I feel I should also add in response to some of the post below, there is chance that further testing could produce disappointing results, however I concede rationally speaking this risk is minimalised by previous results and as further positive results don't seem to be factored in here this is a sensible place to invest.

From a macro perspective, I can only see the global battle of the central bankers and other associated monetary witchcraft as positive for gold prices increases, however a predicting a time frame on that seems futile, given how unprecedented these times are.

There's obviously a lot more to say here and I look forward to being more proactive on the board from now on. I apologise for being slightly brief.

Compared to many boards I think this one is pretty ramp free.checkout oxs board presently lol.I never predict s prices but I do know that this is a great buying opportunity that I am more than happy to partake in.hoping for a sub 60 p top up next.we know that it doesnt take much to hit 95 p.movement here will be fast.personally if I get a good ammount more at this level I will be happy to start selling bit by bit from 100p upwards.if you can double your money thats a good return ANYTHING more to me is a lovely bonus.Call me a ramper but I fully expect to see 100 plus this year,my opinion only of course ,but having been here since 2010,sold and rebought I see nothing but upside from here but patience is needed.obviously surprised to have the chance of topping up at these levels but suits me as I am not swimming in cash and buy small ammounts fairly regularly when I can which has worked for me as I have never over bought at high prices.good luck all
