Yep sure, we had a very retail loaded share register and it was a problem for the board who like to talk to individuals, ones who know how to keep the status quo, how hard is it to talk to private investors who have shown plenty of vigor on the keyboard but never attend AGM's or even phone in when the CEO is available.
Company's like ii's not Pi's so 25% of new stock was taken up by ii's and the board.
25% change in the share register is also a give away, it's troubled me why at an all time low to risk such a venture but it make perfect sense as gauging a small amount of institutions is easier than a boat load of retail
