The issue of shares that causes dilution is most times done to pay off debt or to keep the company afloat, but this cash is to fund expansion in production for the China order. The assets have not been diluted,as they have received $1.4 mln.

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell is getting a little campaign help from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
The business group will launch a TV ad Tuesday touting the GOP leader as a champion of Kentucky's coal industry. The chamber is spending $180,000 to air the ad across Kentucky over the next 10 days, according to the Associated Press.
They hope, doubt there will be enough!! They need all for china, building stock only for them and once landed and quality seen it will not stop unless squabbling over price. In this case dilution will be ok, more controlled and for good expansion not to rescue balance sheet. Some shares do dip, pick up and then wait. GLA
