I do wish people would stop saying 50% dilution, and start with 30%.
You can always compromise later of course.

Wonder what figure Hayward & Imomoh started at? Or did they even negotiate ?

Also I get on well with Torquewrench.

Sometimes have the occasional disagreement with ynotdeal and peteb308.

I think on balance i get on well with ASOG committee. most of the time lol

lol i remember that Andy.p To be fair you were right about the SoA. and looks like it was set in stone after all lol

as for litigious consequences (which i find funny)

I am a registered ASOG member and also I never accused them of anything as they are represent the overall pi view however misled and warped that his.

Yellowcraig,
If I meant to say Greygeorge, Isabore and I, I would have.
I do believe they have misled their followers, granted I am not privy to any internal emails, but a prime example is when the SoA was announced, I put my reputation on the line (for what that's worth in this place they call cyber space!) and said the proposed 15% was "set in stone" and I also said ASOG had "lost the 1st battle" but they were in total denial and misled their followers, they even met the bondholders the day after the scheme was initiated and "ate them for breakfast".
Yes they highlight the risk of a no vote, but do they really? That " risk" is always followed by the pros of the no vote.
Litigation, go ahead if you believe anything I have posted would merit it, I would be a little more concerned if I had given some of the advice that ASOG have, sorry they don't give advice do they?
Regards,
Grandygard.

EGM delay
19 Jul '15
I think EGM will be delayed to offer a better deal say 50 %..
And then we have time to vote for the new offer..

And they have no choice then to give the $30m..
Or do any of you think they want administration?!

Ynotdeal

That is why its a bit strange for us to be accused as being the same poster when all 3 of us are completely different or unique to each other. Different styles and sometimes different or opposing views as well.

I definitely agree ynotdeal that the bondholders or ad-hoc committee should have negotiated with ASOG.

with e.g. 50% dilution or whatever ASOG survey average was at the time.

I just think a negotiation of some kind was appropriate. But this is in the past now.

We got to look forward to see whether we get this $30m or not.
