If the director held a lot of shares, I might share Cashking's cynicism, but this guy has bought 10,000 to take his holding to 80,000, so it's not a small buy in proportionate terms. If he were buying just to keep the price up in the face of generally falling market, this wouldn't make a dent either. I think GWP's intrinsic worth remains strong & suspect there may be a favourable announcement in 6-plus weeks' time.
ground to a halt, everytime the s.p gets going the directors dump shed loads of shares onto the market. giving the private investor little chance of profit. shareholder value = zero directors = loads of dosh.
