Thanks Jibbo...took a position this morning. OK I might have missed the recent low but I'm not gonna beat myself up on that...I know a 58p average would be a dream for most lth so while hoping for a nice return for myself I sincerely hope the guys n gals that have been in here a long time get a return that they deserve. Honestly with the progress that CNR have made and the proven resources (conservative) and all in cost prices (conservative on the up side) I fully expect CNR to be sold in 2015. Child's figures of recent buyouts were very interesting and suggest CNR could easily be considered 3 or 4 times undervalued compared to recent M&A (possibly much more). That fact and seeing the quality of work done, the confirmed grades plus potential 'game changing' results to come from further sampling I couldn't resist but take a position. GL all!
Good post. Yes, from the outset Mark has set out to be ultra thorough in all aspects of the project and has paid to employ the top consultants. Basically, with the plan being to sell the project, he has wanted to ensure that potential buyers can have a high level of confidence in the work/studies done. Ultimately that should feed through into a higher offer price. As you say the current sp is stupidly low based on the fundamentals and the excellent work that has been completed so far.
