Agree. It's a positive that we've held above .5

I'm not sure over what period the sales have gone through. They've sold in bite size chunks.

Just over 1% over total company sold. Could they have placed with clients.

Anyway the wait for news continues.

Richardmarshall. I have emailed Tim once and had a prompt reply. I quoted the email and reply here at the time. Both the original and the reply.

Just so others can judge how Tim deals with PI replies, would ypu mind posting what you asked him? Then we can judge for ourselves if a reply was needed and if a lack of a reply indicates that he doesn't care about us.

Barbelfisher / the-oracle thanks.Lets see what RM says.

Dr.Zed / mathsprof. IMO a very good sign. Nobody noticed a 30m sell and it didnt impact the SP (basically flat since the swap was announced). So now that YA wont sell any more or short (they can't according to the announcement) it should start to go up from here. Which will benefit not just the shareholders but also the company with the monthly installments.

I still say the swap is a good idea.

Because Tim has no work to do at all but answer all emails. I would rather he was a scientist than a secretary. Your here to make money for your personal pleasure and gain. There's a man many years ago who had an idea to save lives and he's working at it.

Get over it. Probably 80% + of people in this share are down and so am I. If you don't have faith, leave . Tim was forced to talk, and he did and since nothing is concretely predictable in science history we all know. Now Tim shuts his damn mouth and does science while you vice versa.

This share may fail on me and I care about peoples lives BUT I am ONLY here to MAKE money.

YA have sold all the extra shares above the number for the equity swap - interesting.
I'm surprised at how well the market has absorbed the 30m + shares sold. I don't now fear the gradual selling of the remainder over the next 12 months nearly as much as when the announcement was made.

There is a point in emailing if you follow what Hopkirk has written. If you are going off in a rant like evidenced in some of your posts, it seems unlikely he can or will answer you!

I posted a link from the SFDA website on Monday which gives timescales. I doubt Tim will say anything over the phone (he knows the rules and might take the defensive aproach and say nothing) so maybe email him. It could be worded as a generic question and emailing would give him more time to consider a response, but let us know either way. Thanks

Good Morning.I am not that well versed in the chinese regulations regarding the clinical trials but you probably have given enough margin of error for this to be very realistic.I am going to phone TM and ask him directly about it.He should know.Stach
