Never appealed to me but it is a bit like Afren from what I've heard, addictive. Hockey's my game.

Hi Isengard,

I've read through your posts today and your spot on.

At present and as previous the ASOG committee are working in the background on all fronts (I've had about 20 e-mails today alone). The finals have been analysed together with the new recap proposal. As stated previously the committee consists of different skill stets. We have a (no fee) consultant on the committee (oil background) whose insight and knowledge in comparable to mrposhman.

Members of the committee have met with a senior (not the tea lady) member of Afren and ASOG are pushing for further representation.

ASOG have one aim and that's to get a better deal for PI SH. As stated previously positive engagement and representation is the only mechanism to achieve better value for PI SH in the short term.

I differ slightly from andy.p's persepective in terms of what ASOG can achieve in that although small there exists a definite chance that through the efforts of ASOG a better deal can be achieved for PI SH. It might not, however.

No it was more his experience with what happened with the 2 stocks he was involved with, one went into admin and one was a private buyout, both of which ended with the shareholders losing out.
The tone of his posts last night were almost like he was offering an olive branch, but I won't be holding my breath.
Any way is I posted earlier I think he has had enough exposure on here.
Andy.

Hi andy,

I would not worry. I dont think gloomy had experienced george before. Correct me if I'm wrong but your post was an attempt to bring george on side and get him to post sensible views on the recap etc.

Well..my son beat me at golf again - 150 y drives he was doing and he's not even 10!!

This is the sort of post that reinforces what I have been saying, I have given my view which is maybe not what some want to hear and I am accused of having two accounts!
As I have said I am willing to help now, where I can and I will continue posting even if what I post is not what people want to hear.

Hi mrposhman,

A few here have discussed the fact that some BH seemed reluctant to sign up to the recap plan.

Is it because if plan B occurs the super seniors will have other bonds behind which might not get as much of a return?

Hi all,

I have been barred for posting 3-4 weeks ago - for spamming. I posted the ASOG info on every popular board within the space of 2 minutes - trying to get investors in Afrn to join ASOG. Initially I was barred for 3 days. Then I tried to make another account - Mrs torquewrebch and got barred for 1 week for attempting to circumvent my initial ban.

I has a conversation with admin and professed my innocence i.e. philanthropitic act. Admin accepted this and only gave me a 3 day ban.

Hi callas,

That post is very well written. No-one other than ASOG is fighting for a better deal for PI SH, ASOG works for and in the best interests of PI SH - Joe Public.

Again Callas the effort you put in to finding out that info is superb. Thank you.

Now that the AGM has been announced, but not an EGM to vote on the Bondolders offer, we have reviewed the voting procedure.

In addition, as we are seeking a new fair and vialble solution for shareholders, the Bondholders may again revise their offer into one that is acceptable to shareholders. Therefore we do no yet know whether our vote should be Yes or NO. At present the Bondholders offer is unacceptable and we view a NO vote as appropriate. But that may change.

This download link takes you to a new voting procedure. Be sure you are very familiar with what you need to do.
