Voting No is the only way forward

Thank you to the those who toil endlessly in the quest if seeking justice here.
Don't worry about greygeorge, he's probably an employee of those with interest in a yes vote or the like, here to upset not discuss...which is why I filtered him months ago.

We may be Pi but we have the power to vote No and make things very awkward and messy for them.

We vote No and then they will come to the table and they will listen to our terms otherwise the company is forced into next stage of default.

So if they know what is good for them they will comply with ASOG terms.

*We will not relinquish nearly 90% of the company.

For any Alex Jones fans out there, if bondholders try to take our company then 1776 will commence again!

There is nothing immature about this.

All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing.

There is nothing wrong with having a stakeholder group like ASOG to represent the voice of the Pi. Who have been very polite and professional.

We get to vote on whether we want dilution. The ball is in our court and the guanlet has been thrown down.

I have no idea. If the dilution goes ahead it will be very bad for SH's particularly long term holders but if SH successfully oppose the dilution at the upcoming egm (the date has not yet been announced) then they could end up with nothing. I do not speak for asog directly but torchwrench does and he will be posting later in the day I am sure. He is a better person to discuss this with. If you look back through the BB you will find links for the asog dropbox which contains a lot if relevent information. Are you holding many afren shares?

Hi gloomy,

Great research. There is no way Afren can afford this. I'll send the link to ASOG.
