Can't be bothered interacting with someone that doesn't understand the basics. The buys were at 11.9 and 12 which was the buying sp at the time. Sells at the time were low 11's and high 10's it's all very simple, as you seem to be.
There are many rollover permutations so if you are picking one from many you really are clutching at straws. The buyer probably couldn't make a 50 million share buy due to its size, so split it into two. Hence 2x 25 million buys with a small difference in the sp. next you will be saying it was just coincidence.
