most likely a combination of factors, including but not limited to the 2 you mention, in addition, there is little long term downside below 6p as company has turned the corner, valued at less than half 6 months revenue and the news yesterday will lead to more cash on balance sheet + increased revenue....
in summary, you can add fundamentals and undervalued SP to this list..
None of the information in the public domain explains the recent rise. The news about ZM in itself doesn't explain it. Two options seem likely then: pump & dump, or something behind the scenes which has leaked to a select few. Until an RNS comes out explaining the rise we can't know for sure. We're all hoping for the latter, obviously. ;-)
