Ok that seems like a fair enough plan and it matches what I would like to see. I would like a fair price even if it has to be slightly discounted to secure a sale. unless the KRG start to be decent and honest and pay consistently I feel a full sale is best but could handle a partial sale if it meant getting a big whack for shaikan and then doing a little more exploring perhaps.
This RI development is tricky but I hope it is the BoD way of saying to the current investors "take a few more because the big prize is just around the corner and it will be worth it!!!"

Exactly!

And don't forget that Emerald the Dog was a 30x bagger from the Rights (25p to 750p, sold to the Chinese).

tsc1 The rights issue could have been done back last year, it could have been done when the SP was trading at 65 pence. Which ever way you look its incompetent management , how much will it raise, ? how many shares will be issued? Any competent FD would have a 12, month forecast on income due to the company, 2 year forecast, and a balance sheet . How much oil have GKP produced that was at a higher rate and that money sits in Halkbank Turkey, .

You simply cant have it every way , the boards first priority is to its shareholders, not Hnely boy and baza brush

NM.
It every companys legal obligation to shareholders to act when they are not paid , owed money , had contracts broken.

If they do not it send out a message we accept anyone can not pay us, and we expect are shareholders to bail out the crooked MNR KRG.

Can someone please enlighten me - yes I may be naive? If the SP generally falls after a Rights issue, why participate rather than just wait to buy on the price fall?
