This share is very up an down usually not driven by logic but by shorters and traders. I would be wary if you want to purchase based on fact and calculations as these do not directly correlate to the SP.
Fatlad, interesting points. I agree we need to be alert to typical big player games in trying to shake out smaller PIs into selling cheaply. Then vested interests capitalize & up their profits. It's how this game works... if we allow it.
I've stated before, I'm holding whatever happens. Principally as I'd regret it far more if I sold EMG cheaply (which it seems at these levels), only to see it back at well over 100 levels in next few weeks/months, than holding on & seeing a further temporary drop.
In order to prosper in this game in L/T, one has to see the bigger picture. In time, EMG is very likely to recover well. For holding some paper losses now, the risk/reward ratio is, IMO, a good one in favour of significant reward.
I'm not sure GLG & FRM are being "completely" ignored, but there's certainly a lot of sentiment-damaging focus on AHL's losses. As for what would happen if AHL made up that 15%? Only opinion here, but as we know things can change fast in this game, sometimes from one extreme to another. I seriously wouldn't be surprised to see EMG's SP fly in latter scenario.
I may be overly-optimistic, but I see huge potential for EMG from these levels... though patience may be called for. GL!
I think we shall do well here. Some very decent buys this morning with one just over £200k and several others arround £100ks.Some sells might have been buys as well as the pricing was almost identical. This is another scandall in a 21 Century that everybody knows whether it was a sell or a buy on SE,that is the punter and his broker or an automated platform but subsequently (usually) the same broker diplays it the other way round.Something has to be done about it as it opens the opinion manipulation, sometimes on a monumental scale.I am going to have a word with my MP on this subject next time I meet him.Lets see 89p today followed by mid 90s tomorrow if the divi is the same as before.GL-Stach.
