Can't dispute lack of growth, but then again this isn't about normal progressive growth. One of those choices that might simmer for some more time yet or might go cosmic next week.....I'm presonally quite relaxed about the status quo and strangely confident.

The current share price in this company is Lower Now than it was 5 years ( five years ) ago . FACT . Virtually stagnant s.p. equates to poor growth .! Would have made more money if your cash was left in a high street bank for 5 years

Please stop. It is not true to suggest the light has remained stationary - the SPA has been revised positively, the CNRS have reiterated their belief in the product, an SAB has been formed including some of the most eminent scientists in the field, decision resources have reviewed positively etc.
Patience is required, particularly because the shares are illiquid. By creating nervousness at this point you could not do more damage to the companies prospects, particularly in the (admittedly unlikely) event they need to use equity to fund phase 3.
