.......has the potential to become another Fitbug, but the question is how many people want to watch TV on their tablet, and what's the hook ?
Len said they hadn't been pushing the product. Well they need to start pushing it, and hard, because this isn't the sort of product that will sell itself on innovation alone. It's somewhat unique, but certainly not revolutionary IMO.
At this stage they really need to be pushing this product hard now before they lose what opening they still have in the market. They need to be trying hard to get some tie-ins with other existing services. Their Youtube channel certainly leaves a lot to be desired with 4 fairly lacklustre videos posted in the last 6 months.
He mentioned it was on Amazon, I can't even see it. Apart from their own website, the product is virtually non-existant.
I sincerely hope they put this £1m to good use other than paying their salaries now. If they can't make this product work at this stage with the money they've just raised they never will IMO. If they can, we may do a bit of a Fitbug.
Hi Shaa, the way I read the RNS is that the 6.7bn shares aren't available or in circulation until the 9th I don't think there's any 'forward' selling as such because the clients who have 'taken' them at .015 would need to be wanting to .... or have agreed to sell them but I would very much doubt at the current price.
What I think we've seen is a departure of the disillusioned & those selling so they can transfer money into an ISA next week to either rebuy MTV or others into an ISA.
To be fair I've not seen many placing where the SP hasn't drifted or fallen to the offer price....this one plummeted to meet it....but as much timing IMO & the proximity of the new tax year - we may see a small rally next week or we may not who knows.
Anyway I will be transferring MTV into a new ISA next week & I will top up a few K if I can do so around the .016 mark but then that's it for me no more top ups & it's a hang on for the tsunami or prepare for the worst (I hope & think for the former but am prepared for the latter).
I've said to you before I will not respond to you when you refer to others on this thread as me. I have no problem at all with you thinking that I have more than one ID but it is disrespectful behaviour to address any other poster as JoeLeForce other than the person who is posting as JoeLeForce. It is not the first time I have had to insist on standards of behaviour from you and others on this thread.
If you look above this post to your right in blue are the words "Please read our rules before posting". When you click on the link the first rule that comes up is as follows;-
1. You will only have one login account. Registering with multiple accounts is not allowed. Any user found to have more than one account on this site will have all, and any future accounts suspended permanently.
If you think that I and SouthCbubble are one and the same person then I strongly suggest you and anyone else who also thinks so report me. LSE Admin can tell where you're posting from particularly as I like many other posters here post at all hours in the morning. I registered the name JoeLeForce on 19 April 2008. Southcbubble registered his name on 19 April 2012.
Like you and many others I have been banned by LSE Admin on several occasions. If you think that I've been able to fool LSE Admin for the last three years by continuing to post under another ID whilst serving a ban you are gravely mistaken.
Flanks, I agree to disagree with you... I think your agument is flawed and cannot change the fact that the vast majority of AIM shares ARE high risk, with MTV being one of the higher risk shares within AIM. For someone that has constantly slated MTV and the share price, I would suggest that perhaps you are (for reasons better known to yourself) changing tack. I would just say that anyone doing some proper investigation before buying would reasonably see this as high/very high risk without much thought needed !
In all genuine honesty JLF, if it is true what you are saying that you lost all your money backing duds, I genuinely sympathise. If this is the motive of your pursuit (to save others), you have decency, even if your cause is flawed. However you cant change the mindset of a true contrarian. It is in my blood.
