Lol, easy enough to get them (barrels or bulk) shipped... just have to get BoD, to agree the quantity per share etc? lol

there must be clauses that allow legal pursuit of bad management ? and legal pursuit of debt, I mean why extend such credit without claw back clauses... why not pay the PI's in OIL? a barrel per share would do me :)

Worst case scenario is what happened to London Mining. Run the sp down & suspend the stock, then do a back door deal to sell of the assets. Only winners the bods & shorters as they done have to cover.

I have yet to even receive the automated response. There must be something in the pipeline (ignore the pun), I just cant see JG stating it is going to be our best year yet and then us going bust!

Afren ws 50p when oil was aprox $47 so with increase to around $60 now, should be well on way to sorting its probs out? In addition if gkp did fall to 6p... remember ONE rumour and it could get back to £4.60 like before... as the saying goes it aint over till its over... why oh why the BoD dont use the newly employed media consultant to TALK to the masses, beats me... what a waste of funds ?

on the whole id agree with that.

but what happens if GKP say, we cannot afford to keep going? what happens to the licences? or would gkp just stagnate at 6p or something silly?

Even Afren appears

to be slowly turning the corner.
GKP are in no where near as much trouble nor do they have their level of debt.

Just remember it is in no-one's interests to see GKP go down the pan - apart from the shorters!

no one is trying to get the pi to sell out. that yarn has been spun every day for the last 3 years when the SP has been red.
the Sp is what it is because of the risks attached with this going out of business very soon, or best case, some kind of dodgy rights issue, bonds or placing etc. that will half the SP but keep the company afloat with yet more debt in the hope that the iraqi's find a workable agreement anda regular payment for exports mechanism. will that happen???

35p says massively unlikely.
