Global Brands was informed yesterday that Alexander David Investments, an AIM listed fund (Ticker: ADI), has acquired 2,950,000 shares in Global Brands bringing its total holding to 8,149,600 ordinary shares. The shares were part of a portfolio of assets ADI acquired from Griffin Two Limited.
ADI now holds ordinary shares representing 4.4% of the outstanding shares of Global Brands.
on the 30th April GBR highest price was 0.8 this valued the 2.95 million shares at £23600.00 remember this was the the highest point in that day that shares were bought for .

was this a ploy for griffin two to dispose of a bad portfolio of shares that they would struggle to dispose of in any other way ? .
griffin two wanted the cash ofcourse thats why they are selling the shares they recieved in payment for the portfolio .
was ADS paid by us - griffin two or both an amount of monies / shares as there commissions for advising with this transaction ?
