Of course there is I wonder why? Could it be because all we have is guess and assumptions. Why is that? because SN has not told us anything, thats why Here is something thats not an assumption SN has not shared information and made anything clear II sold out on last spike Sn has asked for another billion shares + which he can choose to use or not Pi's are guessing what all or any would be used to finance Pi's are guessing what the reason for such dilution would be Pi's are guessing if good or bad for company.
Who wants to say that they knew on release of the CPR they expected now to be below 1.4p Who expected further news involving production and varang around now to boost the SP further Who was expecting possible huge dilution?
No one was, the excitement here waiting for CPR was huge and sorry but SN has put us back before September last year. This may not be an issue if he shared what he is doing and forward plan. BUT HE DOES NOT NEED TO AS ITS HIS COMPANY - RIGHT? Sorry but we are being told what to do with no information and thats why SP is where it is today,
I will give him this one, as it looks like vote will go through, but if the news does not start filtering through and he starts a rinse and repeat process i will do my best to end the process.
If you want to make a non assumption post about why this has been done, why info is not being given and more then carry on, but i would suggest whether your in the suspicious camp, or this will be good camp its based on assumptions, because we really do not know. Is SN building a bigger holding, is this for the ii, is it to speed up production? We have no idea.
If Georgian Govt have said he needs to ramp up production quickly and that takes investment tell us.
No mate. I've only dabbled into this share keeping my exposure at low risk, the bulk of my funds and risk are in AMC which looks like it's going to rocket with the RNS they've released today. Don't get me wrong I think FRR is a strong investment and I hope to get back in here soon, however I do feel the FRR BOD need to take some notes off the BOD over at AMC for the SP to go to the heights it should be at. GL
Ha, will always accept free drink regardless of what it is ;)
Not sure how the market is going to react to a no vote, not sure it'll be pretty. Hope FRR doesn't dampen the long weekend, a lot of good stuff going on and don't want to start the weekend on a sour note.
Hope I've not made a poor decision but I've just sold all my shares in FRR and went over to AMC at 19p / share. Hope to recoup the loss I made on FRR over at AMC and then come back here later. I'll keep a eye on FRR and hopefully get back in before the SP goes up on this one!! GLA.
When the quorum vote was announced it was the following day at 7am (both times) but the meeting was held at 5pm our time so the market was closed. Am sure we'll have an RNS today. Sadly I'll be at work all afternoon but will be keeping an eye on my lives news feed from ADVFN. It will be close, sure SN and his pals will have 1.25bn yes votes so the no camp will need around 400m votes. Then there are over 1bn votes unaccounted for. Will surely be close and I think SN hasn't encouraged us to vote as he realises doing so will encourage no votes as well as yes votes.
