Ha, will always accept free drink regardless of what it is ;)

Not sure how the market is going to react to a no vote, not sure it'll be pretty. Hope FRR doesn't dampen the long weekend, a lot of good stuff going on and don't want to start the weekend on a sour note.

Just sold out…...

Hope I've not made a poor decision but I've just sold all my shares in FRR and went over to AMC at 19p / share. Hope to recoup the loss I made on FRR over at AMC and then come back here later. I'll keep a eye on FRR and hopefully get back in before the SP goes up on this one!! GLA.

Well I am not sure how many people will be holding for the voting result to sell...

I.e. They would have held shares but will sell on a Yes vote... Or sell on a No vote...

I would think the ones who wanted to sell has already sold, or the ones holding will be holding irrespective of Yes / No...

The only one I can think of are the current Buyers in 0.7s...

When the quorum vote was announced it was the following day at 7am (both times) but the meeting was held at 5pm our time so the market was closed. Am sure we'll have an RNS today. Sadly I'll be at work all afternoon but will be keeping an eye on my lives news feed from ADVFN. It will be close, sure SN and his pals will have 1.25bn yes votes so the no camp will need around 400m votes. Then there are over 1bn votes unaccounted for. Will surely be close and I think SN hasn't encouraged us to vote as he realises doing so will encourage no votes as well as yes votes.

The vote
22 May '15
IMO the vote will be yes to both. Otherwise we would have been bombarded with details and reasons as we were for the quorum resolution. I really believe that yes is the correct way to go. This company needs to grow fast to meet its obvious potential. It won't grow if we pussyfoot around looking to do things on a shoestring. I'm happy to go with the BoD that have got us this far.

I assume most have taken their positions and are awaiting an RNS somewhere between 3pm and 6pm. I think we'll have one before 5pm. I'm a little nervous to be honest and hope whichever way it goes we stay above 0.71p support as I reckon we'll have the result soon after the meeting starts at 3pm.

are people a bit nervous about the result of the vote, a few speculating early maybe?

Youre right tho, it does clearly state the money is for acceleration, and judging by how much time hes spent out and about kissing babies and shaking hands, this is a man who wants this company to succeed. If the company succeeds then Im guessing we wont too bad either, but wtfdik ;)
