Cash flow much improved but still not profitable. So cash to push operation through to profitability.

I agree, i have no confidence in SN or other board members
They seem to be greedy people trying to destroy value for us and increase value for them selves.

Too many people here think just let this continue in the hope it all comes okay in the end, been there and done that and lost already will not be doing it again.
I watched £millions disappear into the abyss,
1 last thing some think FRR can not just delist, they can. Lose Nomad and they will delist and yes you lose every penny you put in here.
It happened with another oil company this year, the bod of that company did very similar to what FRR are doing and the money all disappeared. Nomad changed, no new Nomad, delisted, lost everything.
Oh and funny enough on the run up to it they had similar to a CPR, ( in their field of oil related work) that even had investors piling money in on last day of trading. Again based on just company data and estimates.

There is two things crooks like SN need, same as the CEO of that company.
Both get fired at high velocity the first to to the job, the second to ensure job is complete.

Too many people here said they had enough and his last chance months ago, yet same old and again they say same again.
When you realise it all be too late and your money will be gone.
On the bright side SN will be enjoying your hard earned cash on your behalf

PUT A STOP TO THIS NOW, HE IS NOT INDISPENSABLE.
He knew exactly what he was doing in that EGM for resolutions. A plan that started with significant new company estimates that happen to have materialise when he needs more money.
Promises of more communication and openness, yep that was a very short stint to get what he wants too.

CASH FLOW IMPROVED

What do they need more for then, the more I read here today the more I worry about the posters here trying to justify the way the BOD run this company. Totally laughable, they tell us nothing, we know nothing. The time is here that we need to know exactly what were invested in, are we really selling anything??? USERNAME could you set up your next voting page. Subject vote of no confidence, or maybe when your back of honeymoon !!

Aim, I raised Ukraine and Moldova as examples of possible projects ALONG with FRRs current projects in Georgia. You seem to be ignoring that part of my argument. And I think the company should be looking to other areas and projects. How else will it spend its profits from Georgia?
LL, it's all about timing. At the moment the short-term request is for 350m to raise 2.8m. The RNS clearly stees what the funds will be used for:
"The funds raised pursuant to the Subscription will be used to accelerate the Company's operations at its Mtsare Khevi Gas Complex and Taribani Field assets, situated within its portfolio in the country of Georgia. Specifically, funds raised will support production, drilling and workover programmes and technical studies associated with work outlined in the Company's recent announcements dated 20 April 2015 and 5 May 2015."

There is no other request on the table. There is no proposed plan to issue the rest of the shares to iis, pals, business acquaintances or anybody for any reason. When one does appear the sp will hopefully be a lot higher, the dilution required will be less and so on. I'm working on a copper project at the moment that has stagnated for a year because the BoD took the wrong funding option and did not have any wriggle room to get out of a cashflow squeeze caused by a drop in the copper price.

Azerbaijani Energy Minister Natig Aliyev claims that the construction of the Southern Gas Corridor, that would deliver Azerbaijani natural gas to the European Union via Georgia and Turkey, is going ahead of schedule.

BERLIN (Sputnik), Svetlana Alexandrova — The construction of the Southern Gas Corridor, that would deliver Azerbaijani natural gas to the European Union via Georgia and Turkey, is going ahead of schedule, Azerbaijani Energy Minister Natig Aliyev told Sputnik Wednesday.

Azerbaijan is currently building the Trans-Anatolian gas pipeline, running across Turkey, that will connect the already existing South Caucasus Pipeline with the Trans Adriatic Pipeline, running up to the Italian border.

"The works will be completed in 2019. Our goal is to deliver extra 6 billion cubic meters [of gas] to Turkey and the following year, in 2020, to deliver 10 billion to Europe," Aliyev said.

Azerbaijan Becomes Europe’s No. 2 Arms Importer, Gets Most From Russia
The minister added that the pipeline would provide an alternative source of natural gas for Europe but underscored that it was hardly comparable with the volumes of Russian gas purchased by EU countries.

The European Union is looking to diversify its energy imports and diminish its reliance on Russian gas, which currently accounts for about one third of Europe's overall consumption.

Russia is planning to construct a new pipeline, dubbed the Turkish Stream, to deliver gas to Europe via Turkish territory

Go to other countries to start more 20 year exploration campaigns? That will be accretive for sharholder returns won't it? We need to ramp up income not explore for more prospective resources not add no value.

Those who are complaining about no info can't say we shouldn't be going into other countries because we don't know the situation.

As I said we do know cash flow has improved significantly.

They want to increase the share capital by 1.45bn...where else do you think it's going, given their track record?!

Once this is authorised they wouldn't need our permission to issue the remaining billion or so.

Over the past few years they have continued to raise cash to fund additional ops, and that's the last we hear of it!
