OK thanks WW, I hadn't seen those as I was busy keeping my head down after selling at a loss. Tom's reply seems to back up the official line - I wonder what the 'discounted' price will be? I recall 2.20 once being quoted as the 'absolute bare minimum' for the technology - do you think they'll accept less now?
For a million quid any director would take this private (or start ball rolling). It cost £400k to keep a company in aim roughly with all associated costs. I have two bailed out after loosing a lot. Be careful folks.
