Its the large paired buying thats been going on, suggests its not your average pi. Ever heard of a mm tactic called "iceberging"? If not this is what it is:
Large orders are broken down into several smaller orders and entered into the market over time. This basic strategy is called "iceberging". The success of this strategy may be measured by the average purchase price against the volume-weighted average price (VWAP) for the market over that time period. The aim of using a VWAP trading target is to ensure that the trader executing the order does so in-line with volume on the market. It is sometimes argued that such execution reduces transaction costs by minimizing market impact.
If you look at l2 or trades history you can see rather large trades going through seconds apart.
I was just thinking that, some seriously big trades going on and don't believe that the sells are sells (vice Vera) as a lot of the sales were 27.50 below the ask but the seller could of asked for this price or mm's playing thier games to make you think a big sell off is happening, there was big buys a couple of days ago totalling over £135k but from different trades not one big one!! So if this is the same person then it's some serious stock building going on in the background!! I've been watching this share and thinking something isn't right and think a breakout is due but there could be a little bit of more downwards push before it gets let loose!!! Something is up!
1) XTA exercises option to buy ZIOC’s stake in project at NPV; 2) ZIOC dilutes at NPV 3) ZIOC is bid for/sells all/part of its stake to strategic investor. All of which would result in a major value uplift to the shares.
Short term though i can see an initial rise to 35p.
