Infinis is apparently one of the top three generators of renewable energy in the UK. but does that justify the salaries that they're paying to their top executives? According to the FT data, the CEO and CFO are both on over half a million a year and the chairman is on a quarter million, yet net profits have declined for each of the three years reported and last year the company was unable to extract any profit from 232 million revenue. At the same time, debt to capital ratio is 64%.
well looking at level 2 it seems to be (yes), I guess the obvious question is why? Two ideas leap to mind. Either they get a bonus for doing so or the management get a bonus and have negotiated it into the deal. My guess would be the second and apart from getting a (big) bonus why? Nah, couldn't think of anything else.
