Hi. Applying for dispensation isn't guaranteed. SE Controls UK which provided temperature control systems for the Velodrome had its application rejected on the grounds that it crossed over with Samsung allegedly a sponsor under the category industrial equipment and systems . So an application is not guaranteed of success. Of 529 applications processed so far only 106 have been approved there have been 612 applications. It remains to be seen if PINN has the shackles removed, assuming ATOS and PINN have made an application.
Several weeks ago, the British Olympic Association ("BOA")revealed plans to release small suppliers from marketing restrictions that were put in place to sponsors' deals. ATOS, ad by association, PINN, which were banned from marketing may be able to apply individualy to have their restrictions lifted. A spokesperson for the Olympic Delivery Authority said that the 12 to 18 month after the Olympic Games represented a crucial window of opportunity for businesses to capitalise on their involvement. Some small companies have already received clearance to promote their involvement. A BOA spokesperson as many British business as possible should be able to benefit from the Supplier Recognition Scheme. "We take a careful look at every application and work to find ways to balance the commercial rights of the partners, without whose support there would be no Games. We await to see if PINN and ATOS make an application
As at 30 September 2012, the Company had funds standing to the credit of its Share Premium Reserve in excess of £4,343,000 which, since the end of the last financial year has risen, on the issue by the Company of 833mns shares at a premium, The capital reserves represented by the Deferred Share capital and the share premium account can be applied by the Company only for limited purposes. In particular, it cannot be used for the purpose of paying dividends. However, with the sanction of a special resolution of shareholders and the confirmation of the High Court, both the Deferred Shares and share premium account may be cancelled and, inter alia, set against the deficit on the Company’s profit and loss account, thus eliminating the deficit and bringing forward the time at which the Company may pay dividends in the future, should its profits permit the Company to do so. Retained earnings stood at £(8,053,437) Quite a future lucrative "asset" tool to use when considering increasing shareholder value
In reply. No in reply to your invitation, dirty boy. I am not in the mood nor have the inclination and do not want to tread on any one else's toes, besides that you never know what's been there before. It is you that has a problem if you invite folks to do, you know what to you, you did make me smile though! But keep up your toilet humour! it is entertaining. I agree why would growing companies want to take money out which is precisely what I said despite your selectiveness of comment precis but the Premium Account will lay heavy in the company accounts.
PINN "The purpose of a consolidation is to widen the gap between nominal/par/face value of the issued share capital and the trading price. This should make the shares more attractive. It also makes it easier in theory to issue secondary offerings. With fewer shares in issue there should be a tighter bid offer spread and better liquidity in the issued shares. What I would like to see is the premium share cap elliminated paving the way of dividend payments out of profits. A further consideration is the possibility of a share buy back/re-purchase as an alternative to dividend payments, but both actions take out valuable cash out of the business and at the moment PINN needs a healthier working capital structure. With consolidation should come a wider appreciation of the shares and so analysts will run their slide rules over the company the "city" and market should show greater respect for the stock and all in all the theory is to greatly enhance shareholder value"
