Believe me I have been looking to find something to hang a hat on Its all been hotting up over the last weeks to avoid strike offs Biggar has become a director of 2 clean shell companies over the summer

These guys arent greenhorns they are time served . Its the arrogance that gets me .The way they can just dimiss all this carnage as collateral damge dust themselves down and move on again without fear of censure

They are over 50 they are running out of time to make amends

Tue 18:15
Well the Shunters were quick in on the kill removing my earlier post regarding the liquidation of various companies Its like whack a mole but its back on the boards

Bloodaxe I do understand that the last thing you want is anybody doing bit of basic research and angry that admin decided to reinsate the post Anybody who takes the trouble to read the liquidator.s reports will be shocked at the carnage, the inter-company loans

You might call it obsession others will call it due diligence What you can't of course is deny it Squid now trying to paint facts as mud throwing and defamation

RE: Hey guys

Every stock has bulls and bears - i don't think anyone is saying you can't have a negative view. But it's how you express that negative view on a public forum that's so very important. It requires a degree of maturity and responsibility and self control and the ability to think and tone down and edit one's views before the post is submitted to the public domain. It's perfectly acceptable to post you've noticed mcap is looking over inflated at many times asset value and you can't see any justification for it. It's perfectly acceptable to say as a result of the high valuation you believe there's a risk the stock may get shorted and a sharp negative correction could occur. It's perfectly acceptable to post you don't like the products or feel they'll never take off or feel cheaper alternatives will continue to dominate the market and the company and ultimately the SP will struggle. These are just a few negative views (on a fictional stock) that cut to the chase and highlight the aspects you dislike and why you dislike them. They don't defame anyone, they don't attack anyone or anyone's character, they don't insinuate anything defamatory, they're not spiteful or hateful - they are just honestly held opinions as to why you feel a particular stock is a sell. Of course the shareholders of the stock may not like having a bear outline why he/she believes it's a sell, but as long as the post doesn't cross the line from bear comment to defamation and attacks on character, then it's perfectly acceptable to have a negative view and post it. There will always be bears and bulls - but the risk that exists with bears that perhaps doesn't exist with bulls, is that it's difficult if not impossible for a bull to post something defamatory as a result of excessive positivity or enthusiasm! Whereas it is possible for a bear to cross the line from posting a negative view to something defamatory. And then there is the dark side of bear comment - the nasty side where bears quite deliberately attack character, defame and throw mud. There is never any excuse for this kind of bad behaviour - the perpetrators know what they're doing, know what they're saying, they know how it comes across to others and yet they just don't care about the hurt or damage caused. It is these "bad bears" that, imo, deserve to reap what they sow. It is perfectly possible to post a negative view without crossing the line into defamation and attacks on character. Those who cross that line, in most cases i would say, do so deliberately, ie, they know perfectly well what they're doing, perfectly well what they're saying or insinuating and know perfectly well that what they're doing is wrong.

My view is that giving a two week period to issue the ad doc etc. and saying it's conservative means they must be 99.9% sure it will be achieved this time... maybe earlier than we all think... agree though that if missed .. the cat will be on its 9th life regarding updates GLA

I don't believe them personally, but what other choice do we have but to wait and see how the drama unfolds. Experience tells me there will be further 'setbacks' and of course 'delays' that will hinder 'progression'. The bigger mystery, I would say, is how long this will drag on for? As long as people are willing to suck up the updates. Is there any benefit to the WRN players in stringing this out? To divert attention away from more sinister machinations, perhaps.

I suspect we'll be here arguing long after those guys have retired to their tropical Islands.

Sadly his moniker is still there Hepran, so if he's been put on the naughty step then alas it's temporary. Perhaps he was just 'interested' to see what it's like to be banned? Not really bothered, he's just an anachronism who doesn't know or want to know what's currently happening. Happy days :-)
