but do companies not have to announce news or if the shares go up and there is no news to report, do companies not have to say that they are not aware of the reason why share price have gone up (I have seen these sort of announcement before and they are killers for SP)
This is clearly a company going places - it has gone crazy today - but the lack of clear communication to shareholders and potential investors is poor. Maybe because so many of the shares are in the directors hands .... maybe as they sell more of their stakes, they will become better at telling their company stories. In any case, I am glad to be in.
When people do catch on to what is happening this could move north fast and long term 50p IMO, but will then need many sells along the way from the directors to free up what's needed. It's a great stock to sit back on and just to watch it all unfolding.
Still on the increase, and with so little shares being sold today. A lot of small investors have seen the potential here, and at this price a good profit could be attained in boyh short and long term. But I see most gains in long term
