You missed a bit..:-)

I had a good 25 min chat with Helen this evening and i discussed the following points with her;-

1. The most important question - Will we defiantly be receiving an update at the end of the month? Helen said everything is on schedule to release an operations update by the last week of the month- she said she has spoken to Liz and the operations update should be released as scheduled; she said if there is any unforeseen reason it isn't she will let me know by email ( interesting point to see if she does).

2. Will the update contain news on the Well, Varang and the CPRS- she answered yes it should be a detailed update to cover most; if not all the information our shareholders have been asking us; including the CPR's she said she is currently being inundated with requests for this information every day.

2B. Can we have a more timely operational updates going forward to include unaudited revenue- her and Liz are liaising with steve on these matters.

3. Communication- She said both her and Liz have been putting allot of pressure on Steve to issue more frequent and timely updates which should be addressed going forward. She also made the point that because they were operating in a very sensitive market in that part of the world they have to be very careful how and when they release certain information. She also said the issue with resolutions not being approved in the first AGM s highlighted to steve as a consequence of communication issues between Frontera and it's shareholders.

4. New advisors- She said the reason they changed advisors was a normal operation business decision and said we should not read too much into it (we all have our own theories).

5. AGM/UK shareholder meetings- She said both her and Liz have had discussions with Steve about either doing an AGM or presentation in the UK; she said she has told him that this would be good for shareholders and PR- so we could have some sort of UK meeting at some point.

6. AGM slide show- i mentioned to her how poor the slides were in the AGM; she said at the AGM each slide steve spoke about in some detail; but for the shareholders that did not attend the meeting only saw the slides online; but did not have the explanation to go with it- she is speaking with him regarding this for future slides etc.

7. Marketing and getting noticed- i have said we need to promote the company more so that we start to appear on the radar and brokers and new investors start to take notice of us- as a PR agent she totally agreed with me and both her and Liz are highlighting these benefits to Steve.

8. Facts/ Figures/ Production- Will we see some to-date facts and figures on production etc; she said there should be something in the opps update but is not certain and needs to confirm with Liz.

9. Southern Gas corridor - I asked about what our part is going to be in this project and she could not answer and will pass this question to Steve.

10. Atlantic council- I asked about the Atlantic co

Thanks Steve, hope you dont mind me posting the rest of your notes from ii - last few are particularly interesting:

10. Atlantic council- I asked about the Atlantic council and Steves involvement and she confirmed that Steve was actively involved so he can work together with the members to achive common goals and achieve there objectives together.

11.Future prospects and business- can we have more information on the future goals of the business and more information regarding Ukraine - she will pass this onto Steve.

12. Market capital/ share price- I mentioned how poor the current market capital of FRR is compared with the $400m+ invested to date and the expected huge resources etc.and she agreed and sort of said hopefully the next update will change this and she said hopefully the next update will address some of this (we will see soon).

13. My questions around-revenue/debt/sales/ directors buying more shares could not be answered due to it being price sensitive information.

Hope this info helps everyone especially the info on Opps update.

Steve.

Hmmm, I was hoping for at least 10p...

When would a sell off happen. The likes of 20-40p would take some years I guess?

GOGC crude oil auction
17 Mar '15
Despite GOGC announcing an auction for the sale of Georgian crude oil on February 10th, they failed to announce the result of the auction...Well, the result is that AMSL oil won the auction on March 14th and bought the 21 000 tons of Georgian Light and Georgian Heavy oil for a discount of $8.7 a barrel against Brent prices..

16 companies submitted bidding proposals for preparation of the Feasibility Study for the Underground Gas Storage March 12, 2015

"By construction of the Gas Storage, Georgia will obtain a facility of strategic importance which will increase the energy security of the country, ensure gas supply to the Georgian customers in critical situations in case of hindering gas supply and reduce the problems related to the seasonal misbalance between gas supply and consumption."
