They're into renting out medical space not sure if that means they are a REIT but cracking yield nonetheless. Not sure on the actual cover or the div drop extent as only stumbled into them heavier a month or so ago and added originally when they did the OO.
No worries mate. Liquidity can change of course but the last few days they've been willing to trade big numbers each way which they wouldn't if a crash in SP imminent(I hope I haven't just signalled it!!). Didn't realise they were reinstating the div,good recovery prospect though I've only got a few personally but pleased for bigger holders/long sufferers.
looked at the dividend notice on medicx and it's 5.7ppa which puts it nicely into the income pot as a quarterly doesn't get hammered quite so badly on ex day. They had an OO/placing not so long ago in the 70's but oversubscribed,worth keeping an eye on I'd say. Carillion div showing in mine now so should get it in a few days cleared. When is bby paying can you remember?
