Let me guess. That was a response from either DW cash or squiff. All filtered... Definitely will not ever unfiltered. I've actually started enjoying reading this board now!

Vivid imagination would be shouting 1m oz why don't you join a group of PI's at the next get together and meet the BOD as you seem to be suggesting I'm making this up as I go along

If you can't add anything constructive please dont bother

Take note and I will be repeating this over the next month or so until we get the milestone NI-143

The exploration team spots a lot of gold at 100mts deep at high grade and will take $5 per tonne to shift all the ground to get to it ( 1 tonne may = 6 boulders and take for ever )

The same team spots 1/4 of the amount of gold but at 5 mtrs and medium grade

Which one pays to do - its obvious, so what if at shallow depths upto 20 mtrs we find 100.000 oz of high grade ??

100k oz supergene identified without breaking the bank is better than 1m oz , sounds like the magic number put can put you out of business finding it

Proving more concentrated gold at shallow depths is the route ECR will take knowing theres more and more to the sides and under the supergene blanket + HISTORICAL drill hole data to add to the footprint

We must not lose sight that anything upto 200k for only a small part of Itogon essentially a 100 mtr strike is a fantastic result and upon that Stephen can start telling the story to II's and get alteranative funding away from YA

seaace is right NI-143 is the only 'must be done' exercise of which we know ECR will get in September and confirmed by the RNS and this week too

Lets remember quailty over quanity and I'd rather have 150,000oz at high grades than double at low grades

oops
Flesh.
There is no required minimum re the report.
To get their 25% all they have to do is continue to invest a minimum of $100K p.a. and keep the name of TGR in good stead and then obtain the NI-143. Thats it.
As I said earlier, they will only have to pay TGR $300K if the resource estimate exceeds 200K ozs, so we will cross that bridge if and when.
In other words, the money ($300K) is NOT a condition of their earn-in right unless they find A LOT OF GOLD..

If it is below required earn in and we don't even get 25%, I think we may be in for a wait. Technically we would not qualify for any ownership and therefore the mcap would remain unaffected. If we got anywhere near 500k oz, I think this would be a different story ;) patience is the key :D
