yep...granted...

but if someone eyeing up a bid to get exposure to Itogon??

snap up TGR, THEN receive ECR's payment after all their hard work... and then you have a decent $ to put back in to the project...

certainly beats (the ECR route) of having to pay for the privilege of all the hard work, and then stump up $300k. and THEN stump up ongoing costs....

its a simplistic way of looking at it, sure, cos TGR value aint just the shareprice x free float... i get that,,, but there are some truths in there somewhere... lol

Isn't quite as simple as that.

ECR are the operator of the licence, TGR have no input into how Itogon is operated.

Albeit either TGR or whoever bought them out, would be required to fund Itogon to maintain their share.

So, it's not exactly a free 50% ride for TGR or successor.

TGR v ECR

Big diffrence is TGR have 2m in free float and Patric won't give it away

ECR earn in upon NI-143 in September and hold not only a % in Itogon but we hold already 3.58% of TGR

Take over welcome both ends and not disruptive to ECR

TGR liquidity
21 Jul '15
I could buy that tomorrow and it would shoot up 50% = didly squat impact on ECR

More importantly how will TGR raise money for Itogons continued exploration once we earn in as the TSX is knackered for miners raising money

actually when you consider the rumours of an ECR buyout...
it makes no sense...
Just buy out TGR instead.... (for LESS than the cost of ECR) then you expect a payment of $300k +++) from ECR upon 200k oz....
and you still own 50% !!!!

no brainer...
buy TGR not ECR... or ... at the very least... buy TGR and THEN ECR...

ECR needs new investors if they want to raise money for future projects at higher prices and I am getting sick of someone who has not put a penny in this share (with the intent of investing) and ****ging the company off when the ones who have put their hard earned cash in here get frozen out by your posts. Just not on to be honest.
