Nowhere else.

I do know there's a group of 15 or so PI's here that hold approx 500 million shares between us.

I saw the shareholders and I like it, where we can confirm that, apart from the web page?

1m oz. 50% earn in = $600m. Buyout valued on 10% of asset = $60m = £38.9m. £38.9m = around 1.04p sp based purely on the one asset. The currency exchange rate on the day and the % of asset are very big factors in the calculation. But the biggest factor are the reserves as dictated by the JORC. So if this hypothetical sale went ahead the figures typed here may be so far out that NASA would still need another 1000 years to find them. Once we have a JORC that is massive, we all smile. Until then, we just grow older waiting.

All depends on how long you want to hold really.

I think the key for us is the SLM production. It would stop, or substantially reduce funding requirements.

Our crown jewel project being Itogon, we believe this site, or most likely ECR as a whole will be sold. Sale of ECR once Itogon has been proved could be in excess of 1p.

All depends on the quantity of gold there of course. But numbers of 1 million Oz have been spoken of, at current gold prices that's $1.2 billion gross.

ECR have a right to earn 50% of that project.

We won't need to spend $ on CAPEX or OPEX at Itogon if we're selling up of course.

A 1p valuation would give ECR an Mcap of £37m, which is obviously quite a way from where we are now, but not a lot for a project that's potentially worth $1.2 billion

All very rough numbers and speculation of course, but the potential is there to be seen.
