may I just chip in with a 'good post norbert' too. This has risen 24% since consolidation. In between that general rise there have been some horrible drops much worse than this little blip but on the whole it is going up. 13% in the last month!!!! 9% in the 30 days before that. That's a huge relief to me and many others I should think.. So it doesn't do the soul much good to micro watch this unless you are looking for opportunities to average down....Relax now. It's on it's way.
cant agree more i say people watching this hourly and moaning are only looking for a quick buck and most playing that game will end up with nothing but misery investing is a long game and in my opinion the price drop is part of the long game though many dont see it that way therefore they moan 6 yrs for me so far and i can smell the fruit on the tree averaged down well and am more than happy to wait two more years before thinking of selling any
I agree with norbert. Nothing moves in a straight line, and as long as the foundations are solid (which very much appear to be true now), then the share price will gradually reflect VOG's progress, especially when the profits are reflected in the results
There will be a lot of traders locked in this Vog around 2p old money than expected spikes a couple of years ago then got trapped in they would have been desperate to recover also the posters saying no news for a while will be spooking those sitting on a mere recovery you can't blame them for selling when you look at vogs past ,but when companies turn cash positive they are in business although I've bashed my biggest holding through sheer frustration I realy do think things will improve from here I do expect a low 70p in the short time but expect a very slow climb even if it takes 2 years to hit £1 at least I can now sleep at night knowing that after 5 years I did make the right choice even if we had to work downwards first every other share I held turned out a disaster fingers crossed folks we now need iis on board and if they are not within the next year then I will be asking questions
My thoughts is that people need to get a grip. We started the week at c.74p and ended it at c.79p and in my mind that's a healthy rise. Microscopic evaluation of the SP on an hourly basis will only make you die younger through the stress of it.
It always makes me laugh that posters talk about the price in a few years time and then panic about the price in a few minutes time. Unless you're a trader, the SP is irrelevant this week. I've added more shares as the news is positive. I feel that my investment will increase markedly over time and that those who believe the SP has 'tumbled' are extremely short sighted
just thought I should say I agree with those that are disappointed and BEWILDERED !!!! , in comes the good news that al of us were waiting for and down tumbles the share price , was it just on a few sales that seems not very logical , surely the news gave substance to the state of the company and the view that VOG is going and will continue to go forward and will grow and grow , OK it will take time but it must eventually happen so as we have done for so long we tighten our belts and wait for take off . I myself by continually buying had averaged down so that for the first time in 4 yrs started to show a profit , that halved in just one day so AINT APPY , but at least at last I am not showing a loss and I hope that applies to many more of you. Must mention something most of you will of course know , if you are now in profit enough a stop loss instruction will at least stop you going into the red again , any way good luck all and as always my regards
