Yes, I think that's why we have transferred £500k to RS, to reduce the asset value of Sefton. I think we we have a race against time now. Get Sefton delisted and relisted under a new company/name and old Sefton has no assets. I would expect to see some news soon on relisting and then assets and the sale of Kansas to follow quickly after. Next week will be interesting for sure. If no EGM is called by BMD/CO then I take that as a sign of things being on track. I would hope that BMD/CO will support RS/RW and get ths over the line as we all benefit in that scenario. We need to make sure we have some assets in place before the sale of Kansas otherwise we will be suspended and reclassified as a shell and the deals will fall through as they walk away. This holding's RNS will be interesting too, when it comes. Time is of the essence now. GL Nip.
Fine thanks Mr T. I was very impressed with the 25th June RNS. At the time it gave me great confidence that they were going about things properly. Clearly the JE situation was cause for concern, and, as you say, reputations are at stake. I suspect future investors will want to be in companies RS or RW are involved with. I just hope they are allowed to get on with their job at SER now. With regard to assets in the Bahamas, I would rather SER walked before they can run. If they could cope however - okay. But who would be involved - I always think too many cooks spoil the broth.
I agree Jimmy, they all have different strengths and working together could benefit everyone.
Extract from the recent JV RNS - Under the Development Agreement the Company has the option to acquire the subsidiary created by UTAS to pursue the Potential Transaction for a nominal amount (the "Option").
They are not going to buy take that option as "Sefton" are they as the assets would be listed as Sefton assets and therefore liable to claim from JE. Lot's of news coming imo.
Good afternoon Nigel, I hope you are well. This RS guy is no mug imo, his reputation & Raylene's reputation are both on the line here. If they pull us through this they will seriously enhance their own reputation and values.
