Zema approval...here we go again eh....leaching process more environmentally friendly less effluents etc of top of my head. Surely just a formality...so why cant some form of JV/help financing this project be sought in principal based on a positive Zema outcome.

Shafted by AB
15 Apr '15
Having had 24hrs to digest the RNS i'm still as angry as yesterday but in addition am feeling increasingly uneasy about what's beginning to unfold here.

We have been lied to and conned by one set of management and its beginning to feel like we're about to be shafted by another. The market cap of BMR will be a fraction at the resumption of trading and AB will ensure our shares will be close to worthless soon after. I have no faith left in anyone associated with BMR.

I have written off £63k here now but i sure as hell will make sure management here don't benefit further at my expense.

It's not in Alex Borrelli's interest to release any good news, at least not to an extent it will make a fundamental difference.

With ZEMA approval still required and no other assets or potential other than zinc and lead tailings that are relying on that approval we are stumped.

good news beforehand that will divert the need to dilute i.e. something that resembles a JV would be a nice start.

You won't be able to sell and when you do it will be 60% down maybe more, I'm not I will load up in a few weeks time, AB is as bad as the rest you watch, he is here to do a job and that's exactly what he will do, sooner we all believe this the better chance we have at playing them at there own games,
Sorry to all the AB believers but he is here for a reason

You wont have a hope in he11 of selling at 1p+....so on resumption of trading this will be marked down prior to market open so at 8:00:01 you will be selling at whatever discount the market have priced in.

I wont be voting for any share reorg or consolidation...its a ball and chain for all long termers. I've more or less written this off anyway. They can go and whistle I say unless solid evidence of shareholder value can be proved in the short, medium and longer term. We have endured enough cr4p as it is over the years without enduring more of the same. Hard earned shareholder money spent on nigh on worthless assets and god knows what else we are not party to. Those who have put us in this predicament need to be accountable and pay up for their deception imho.

All depends on supply and demand. If loads of holders simply offload at the open the MMs will hammer it as they won't want to be left holding the stock - their job is to match buyers and sellers.

This could conceivably be a punters market for a period, with wild intraday swings.

£8m in assets, a million in the bank....

Lots of work to do and lots of placings to come. Add a discount and the AIM factor and the fact that every man and his dog will be selling! Myself and many others have written off this investment.

Of course some people have lots invested here and will be 90%+ down so may not sell through principle. I suppose it isn't worth it for beer money.

I really can't see a Mcap above 3 or £4m unless some other news is released (which seems extremely unlikely)
