"peer review of the feasibility study" in other words, whether people who know what they're doing find the proposed method of processing the tailings credible, as an actual method and economically, or just MA pie in the sky
The relevant para:- In parallel, the Company continues to progress its activities at Kabwe and the directors are currently undertaking a peer review of the feasibility study for processing the washplant tailings in order to advance the project.
I can only go by the RNS in Dec where they said there was nothing stopping BMR moving on with the kabwe plant even though the company is in suspension... So let's hope that they have moved on. What's happened to the other sites who knows....
BMR is being rebooted. We need to get word from a reliable source as to exactly what plant and resources we actually own. Have we even got a copper plant? All previous RNS with MA's name on them have as much value as one of Lord Melbury's cheques.
I must say that AB seems to be doing a sterling job. It looks like he is being very thorough in his investigations and hopefully is leaving no stone unturned. There have been plenty of stones too by the sound of it - some of them have been large boulders rather than stones!
It looks like we might be trading again "soon", maybe by the end of April assuming "shortly thereafter" means just a couple of weeks.
He must also have a fair bit of technical data for us too as there has been plenty of time during the suspension to get it together. I always thought MA was holding back exactly what we have at Kabwe, Hopefully AB will be as detailed with this as he has been with the accounts and can reveal the full extent to us.
Skeleton staff, no options hanging around, his accountancy background, NOMAD is head of finance department - it is all adding up to either a takeover or some very positive news on JV/financing on re-listing.
I might be in the minority here by the looks of it, and things might be a bit rocky for a couple of days when we re-list, but we seem to be in good hands with AB and am looking forward to seeing BMR being put back on the map as an attractive penny share to invest in.
Other than the financials surely the only other news will be on a Kabwe update....!!! Have they started the plant up? Are they producing Copper? Have they sold any? Let's hope it's a combination of all three
