its not inconsistency,it's boredom, why post when there is nothing to post about, without repeating yourself, which becomes pointless after a while.

There was a noticeable lack of consistency between posts and actions.

He posts several times a day, for a long time, wondering what has happened to his alleged investment, then has the opportunity to push for information via laffer's call for EGM but does not take it, that is inconsistent.

We're facing a tough time at the moment. Lobbing in those kinds of hand grenades aren't helpful at all, especially to a fellow holder who has helped raise your own spirits in the past.

It's not too much of a stretch of the imagination to realise that a lot of people bought in high and can't do anything about it, isn't it?

You are allowed to be very positive and poor at the same time. They're not mutually exclusive!

My "claims" aren't lies but I don't need to waste time convincing you or anyone else. After a couple of years of cock-ups I adopted a different approach of buying small amounts relatively often, only at times when I thought we had value for money.

It has served me well up to a point - that point being November 4th 2014!

I have said this before, but your posts have never convinced me that you are a shareholder. More like an employee who wants the company to do well regardless of share holder value. Or perhaps you just wanted friends.

Strange how there are some on here with inconsistent behavious. (LJC, Carter, Eric etc.)

ps. AB has another £1m to pay salaries etc. No rush to return to market.

Fair enough you have made your point, clearly a bit contradictory but I think you understand why it looks a little odd if you constantly sound ultra positive and have confidence in the company why not try to average down, even small sums would of made a difference with such a high average price.
You yourself claimed to be averaging down on a very regular basis. Ok so maybe not in a position to do so but without knowing the size of holding its hard to tell, Clearly if he has millions at that average it wont make much difference putting in small sums but if he only has a modest holding then it certainly would and that would also explain an indifference to taking action as its not a lot to lose although I accept its still important to all holders(any loss) regardless of size. I am sure if I had so much confidence though I would of made some attempt to bring down my average. But your probably right I may just need to wind my neck in.

Regards.

Has anyone been in contact with the BOD within the last working week?

I appreciate some would like to leave them to their devices...

I would stress that this is a company that IS NOT as far as we know producing

It was mainly exploring and understanding the assets it had, obtaining licences and looking at ways to process.

Accounts do not take several months to solve.

Something else is going on. Sale of the business? Contract for sale of WP I don't know.

What I do know is that we have been patient for years now.

We had the wool pulled over our eyes for a very very long time and we suffered.

Clarity is a must.

I seriously question how some people can sit back and let it unfold.. If it doesn't un fold nicely.. Then what?

We are in the last full week of March... Our AGMs are normally end of December.

This isn't acceptable.

Will I look like a mug if AB releases a great RNS... NO. Im just a concerned investor with a lot of money in here that believed the RNSs and what he was being told.

AB doing a good deal is the least we deserve for our time ant patience.

I do not expect for him to package us up for a pittance.

"I have no real issue with Eric"

Other than considering him to be dishonest, clearly.

"I always found his story of a 5p average and no attempt to average down in a company you have held in for so long and have so much faith in a bit hard to swallow."

If you can't afford to lose you shouldn't be playing; it's not fair on your family.

For those who understandably have the jitters and and so worried about delisting/being shafted, have you not tried picking up the phone to AB and asking him specifically if we are likely to receive some sort of news prior to the delisting date?
