I agree with parts of what you’re saying. I regret to admit, but I lost some faith over the last month or two – or perhaps call it frustration – expecting things to turnaround a lot sooner rather than later. Although I’m certainly giving FTE management benefit of the doubt; they have a very good strategy in place, certainly with regards to Slovakia.
I’m giving FTE another month to return on my holding. However I’m very confident I will see that return.
FTE have got where they are, with all the assets entirely on shareholders backs. They have taken salaries, travel, etc and it is increasingly obvious with their use of Darwin that they are determined to never return value to shareholder. No dividends, allowing Darwin to use us, etc.
If the company were serious about someone buying out thier reserves they would prove up one source and carry out detailed feasibility studies. Not flit from one project to another. No mining company will buy an asset without knowing whether it is going to be profitable or not and certainly where there is any doubt that a mining licence will be granted.
is all well and good when it pays off, what if you hadsold out 30% down here and then bought in ukog at 3-4p.. wouldn't be feeling so clever then.. Gamblers never tell you when they lose they only tell ypu what they win. ATB.
In terms of having a company that they acknowledge will probably not realise any of it's resources. Running this company for years, taking large salaries for doing very little. Every time they take on Darwin that just reduces SP and here investors make or lose money on SP.
If you listen to the boards then a lot of people do. Long term on aim is fine with companies in their infancy or on a long term upward chart, not like here. By long term I mean around a year.
Anyway, I stopped posting here a couple weeks ago because I realised there was not much positive to say and will stop again now so the rampers can suck in some pi money in order to get out. It suits me so I can take the second half out at a profit.
Nomad, on what grounds do you think FTE are riding on shareholders backs? The share is nil par value. The only way they make money from issuing shares is if they are issued above the par value. Then that would cvreate a statutory reserve for the share premium. The only way they would benefit from it is if they made a bonus issue thus transferring the share premium into the company’s capital account.
