Of bendmeoverman seems quite full blown! Is this so copi? I'm sure you can fill us in! On the topic of Xcite, warrants gone, results coming! News will accompany results! Statoils mariner rig apparently going to start drilling next year! Copi, you might know about this, think STATOIL might fancy a threesome, Mariner, BENTLEY and Bressay, what's not to like with this company! Simples :-)
for sure ugie, but they have to have the wherewithawl to do same, they can't be like the emperor with no clothes, or all p**s and wind, they have to at least basically have a partner who has contributed cash. They have none for now when the debt is minused out, and soon with the Bond guarantee put up they may not even have a field.
Imo an incredible amount of manipulation going on at the moment, paper -v- physical trades. 3% or thereabouts oversupply hardly equates to 60% drop in the poo. There will be a snapback at some stage, even the Russians must be tempted to throw a spanner into the ME. The Saudis must be little concerned it's gone so long and deeply, maybe 60-65 looks rasonable for Brent if they drop their production and see what happens. In the meantime expensive deepsea and oilsands looks to be decimated for some time to come.
Maybe I'm cynical but with US jobs/energy dependence and the banking sector all threatened by the low POO and KSA's cash reserves dwinding at an alarming rate wouldn't it be an amazing co-incidence if a war started somewhere in the ME ??
One little ""accident"" in Suez or the Straits of Hormuz and peace and prosperity is restored to the major players.
Yep, our heroes can't even seem to be able to put a deal together in the current environment for Camm. One get's the feeling once they shot their bolt when funding was still available they've just been asking too much all along so sale or partner interest has waned.
""There is likely to be fierce competition among contractors for the coveted deal that is a rare bone to chew on amid a work drought in the drilling market as low oil prices and industry cutbacks have hit exploration and development activity, leading to rig charter suspensions and cancellations by the likes of Statoil.""
