Well that made a huge impact. I agree with the journalist, but why is no one else picking up on the inherent value in this share or are we all wearing rose tinted specs?

Petroceltic International

Snap up shares in Petroceltic, Liberum Capital says. The explorer has agreed a deal for a partner to work on its Isarene permit in Algeria, and Liberum thinks this is good news. Petroceltic is to delay a listing on the main market until the deal completes. The broker retains its buy rating with an 11.4p target for shares now at about 7.2p.

I suspect the BP leak was encouraged by the prospective purchaser as they try to influence low the valuations on assets.

Did anyone see us in the week-end press. I couldnt find anything.!!

I am seeing it like this now ...........for today !!

We own 56% of AT so we still have a majority stake to sell.
We are negotiating a sale and the purchaser has asked us to delay move to market ......so they dont want to alter the size or type of interested audience to the sp. as they seek to buy in.
not going to be less than 19% but could it be all our remaining interest ie 56% ??
Would the move off AIM make the resource more valuable...........it would certainly up the level of exposure and disclosure and this would be much more so the bigger the deal and the higher profile the purchaser.
So.......
I am going for BP as purchaser and that they are going to buy us out of the majority position.......ie take all 56% that is 100% of our remaining interest.

What price ? It shouldnt be less than £600 or we are shafted.......and BP will accelerate the build to bring to production end of 2015.

Just sucking my teeth DYOR cos I dont do any ........... and AIMHO

Interesting times and they have only just begun
