You are spot on.. If the chairman thinks the "future looks so bright the future is orange" then front up Lind's wedge, lift this suspension, and let the shares find their true level based upon the companies performance. I'm pretty tired of "demi gods" running RRL telling us what's right for us and making decisions with our money..

Cut the bs about Churchill and Napoleon, grow a pair Mr Chen and get this stock back on the market.. Now... !!

Firstly, personally i quite liked the the letter (even with the quirky quotes) which imo is better than the deathly silence during a time like this.

Secondly, Is anyone able to clarify if its actually RRL that makes the decision to un-suspend trading or if its the exchange that decides/approves this?

My understanding is that RRL suspended trading but this is now an exchange enforced suspension. I.e the exchange needs to satisfy itself Range is fit to trade again. the company doesn't have a say at this stage until requirements are met.

One of those requirements being a firm plan or funding confirmed to pay back LIND. I could be completely wrong but would be interest to hear from someone with a better understanding of the technicalities

Breathing space???

It's our money they are breathing.

They would have far less questions if they allowed people to trade their shares. Being stuck in a position where we are unable to buy or sell, means the only resort left is to bang on the door of those who have suspended our shares.

I don't buy the arguement of needing to be in the best position possible. If a better position is coming, then let people hold their shares, or buy more. Or let some people refuse to beleive a better position is coming and sell to early to someone else and on their own heads be it.

We can all argue jam tomorrow, but if they were confident we would be trading and the SP would rise on the expectations of a better future.

All I was doing was repeating a message that you sent to me, agreed you set dates, but these were dates post suspension..which is an event that is yet to occur. How could I have possibly foreseen going into suspension? I'm not mystic meg. I was the man about things when I gave you a sub clause re Gerogia?

Anyhow, let's not argue, I know your a good guy really. I was in GKP a few years back, just a punt and left with nothing lost nothing gained in the end..hopefully will pick up in time.

Despite the excessive use of random quotes, I believe they are genuinely trying to turn things around. The company was in such a poor position before, it was never going to be possibly to turn it around overnight. I think we need to give them time - let's give them a bit of breathing space to try and do their job.

I knew you would wriggle. 15th april was the deadline and what is today's date?

You neglected to copy and paste this in that very same post: "Course not. You should have got the subclause out before the bet. Can't move the goalpost after the event"

It was my reply to your wriggling request for a subclause of suspension.

I knew you wouldn't man up.

However, I will give you the satisfaction of knowing my GKP is doing well at all. I am 30% down on that. Hopefully there is life in that old dog. Got squeaky bum....

distorting the facts ?.... Chen is the one who has deliberately chosen the imagery of military commanders and the language of war.... to describe an Aim delisting.....wtf

I mean why didn't he quote from GrassHopper..... 'how long is a piece of string, shareholders', it says much the same thing as “Victory belongs to the most persevering.”

Both are adequate pieces of Corporate Guff. Promise you everything , but guarantee feck all.

So what's with the war mongering tagged on ? ... well the morons love it I suppose... Anyway you say tomato Celtic , I say Meglomaniac

Ahh how i have missed you Carve.

6th March - " Since OMA said this will open at 2.9p, I will extend it to 15th april so that it has time to rise after the suspension post the march vote...."

Wriggly wriggly

you do say 15th April, but then follow with "so that it has time to rise after the suspension"

Suspension is still in place, so if i am reading that right, i have two weeks after suspension, so generous of you Carve, i know you have good heart.

What a nice chap you are. Have a good evening.
