St6phen - Questions for Mr Couchman
27 Nov '14
"The on-going revenue will be payable in 20 quarterly incremental payments, as the orders are completed, over the 5 year term of the investment and provide the Company with reoccurring income."

1, does this mean payments made quarterly as and when orders are completed. Or, does this mean payments any completed orders will then be paid pro rata over the remaining quarters left of the 5 year contract?

"First orders for life settlement policies totalling USD$30 million are expected to be completed by 31 December 2014, generating revenue of USD$300,000 for the Company."

2, does this mean that $300,000 becomes payable either on 31 December or at the next quarter end period? Or will that $300,000 be paid over the remaining 5 years?

3, is the whole 5 year contract projected to be worth only $300,000? Or is that just the 1st batch of policies.

4, assuming (hoping) that the $300,000 is only the 1st batch, is it projected to be $300,000 per quarter for the next 5 years?

5, assuming the $300,000 is only the 1st hit of orders, do they have any idea of the total value of the contract over 5 years.

Btw, I'm a different Stephen to St6phen, but I do congratulate him on a great name

Not the point about mcap, if it was 300k DOLLARS up front and then 15k DOLLARS a month that is not good and a 2mcap it would be over valued or close to value, plus operating costs etc?

If it at some point looks like money can be made I would buy again like you would any other share.

no mate i didnt.

i work on a ship and i dont ahve mobile coverage and use of the phone is a pain in the ass. we can use skype but i trusted what kensington said earlier.

if this is wrong, i will look at buying back in but i guess we will see what pans out over the next day or so.

hopefully it is and the sp flys but i did trust what he said. call me naive but thats my take on it.

good luck to everyone no matter their position

Market Cap only £2M now
27 Nov '14
Guys, I think you have made a big mistake selling! The statement was very clear to me - the contract is worth an initial $300k upfront and an addition $300k paid over a period of 5 years I.e $15k per quarter.
That's in effect £400k for a company only worth £2M - looks a steal to me!
Especially as it looks like further contract wins too come.
If as some of you though they were getting $300k per quarter = $6M over the 5 year period - the share price should be 2p minimum.
Last chance to buy at a good level IMO!

The board of Insetco is pleased to announce that it has acquired 10 per cent. of a Canadian financial services business, 1299040 Ontario Inc, for consideration of £60,000.

1299040 Ontario Inc has recently been formed with the intention to place and structure life settlement backed bonds aimed at the North American market. It has attracted a number of investors and owns a number of life settlement policies. It is the opinion of the board that the relationship with 1299040 Ontario Inc will provide the Company with opportunities to participate in the structuring of financial products.
Ok I maybe wrong

Here's a serious question. If this is contract was not as it seems and has been totally misleading, why was the sp only brought down a little, considering the rise from yesterday. Surely it would have been obliterated by the mm's. They make a fortune in buys or sells anyway? Happy to discuss.
