I also think the inactivity and lack of action by shareholders has allowed them the time and space to get themselves far enough down that particular path that we will now be able to do little or nothing about it. That is of course no slight on 1Laffers efforts, well done to him and those on board assisting.
I think that's spot on but not an opinion that will be welcomed on here. I have thought all along that he has not been brought in to take us forward but I don't want to go back down that road as its very depressing.
I think everything is heavily dependant on financing and how and if we come about it.
As we are all aware BMR are not cash rich and at the time of suspension we only had £600k, I was reliably (as one can hope) that Alex Borrelli has really trimmed down spending and curbed the excessive and unnecessary costs. I don't know that is actually a fact but from telephone conversations that is what BMR are saying.
Even with that said I doubt we will return to market with half of that money IMO.
I do think the company will return to market but will probably have to cut down the size of its ambition in the short term and just get a single project into production successfully, even if that means selling some of it's prized long term possessions (Kabwe Mine/Unexplored Areas). I don't think I'm being unfair in saying BMR is definitely to small a business to run all of its reported projects, it needs partners with experience who are willing to invest time, energy, knowledge and most of all £€$¥.
We will find out once and for all if there really have been interested parties and also whether they can actually agree a deal. JV seem the most likely route, although I don't see that as the news that could blast us away from the precipice of disaster.
If Alex Borrelli does not return us to market with some positive news then it's squeaky bum time for all concerned.
The reworked DFS for Pb&Zn IMO will need to be massively improved to make a real impact and get the market interested in jumping back in bed with BMR.
I don't believe in miracles, however, I just think that if everything we've been told can fulfil it's potential this business could be a success or at least sold on at decent price to a more proactive company that can take it forward. Hopefully if it is sold it's at price that doesn't leave anyone who has invested here out of pocket.
I do think there's a potential the company may consider a consolidation, only IMO.
Yes - all details are on the site https://bmrwatch.shutterfly.com/ . Of course anything which is price sensitive "the Company can not disclose any information to individual shareholders other than that announced to all market participants through RNS Announcements".
The questions in the main relate to those statements already released by means of RNS.
