fsst et al - currently there is no specific cut off date, though personally I had hoped to have things sorted for mid month.

Though the office would entertain a private individual attending it is not know whether a representative of two from the alliance would be.

Currently a list of pertinent questions are being compiled and can be seen on the https://bmrwatch.shutterfly.com site.

It is your money - what are you going to do about it?

A united group has a lot more clout.

Thanks for all your hard work with this. I have just emailed mine and Mrs wazblue's holdings to add to the collective. 1.2 million.

Cheers

Do we have a date / cut off before the questions are submitted to the BOD?

I suggest writing a letter, with also these questions to BMR, with direction to the alliance website just to show number of holders involved if you don't want to leave more detailed documentation on holders.

A lot of people have A LOT of money here...

Things aren't always rosy... People will need that money at some point.. They might already need it...

Still no sign of an AGM...

Excellent post KL - burning questions that need answers.

We either sit and wait or we can seize an opportunity to act.

To all - it is your hard earned money that sits with BMR, surely you want to do your best in finding out what it is doing.

Last question that cut off

Why has BMR secured very little in the way of institutional investment given that it consistently has reported interest from financing partners for many years?

If there's ever a time to ask questions it's now.

Personally hope that Alex Borrelli is able to produce an RNS that encapsulates the majority questions shareholders have, realistically I don't expect 10% of questions to be answered comprehensively and therefore our investments continue to spin on the roulette wheel! totally out of our control, if we are not more proactive here on in!

My personal Questions

Add yours at https://bmrwatch.shutterfly.com/

Are the previously mentioned interested parties still interesting in becoming co-financiers for the Pb&Zn project? How is it these parties were interested yet presumably they have not seen a finalised DFS and therefore they could not know the full potential of the project?

Historically does the company feel there may have been some inaccuracies in previously released statements and RNSs? Is all the technical information correct such as what we own asset and license wise?

Does the closure of Sable Zinc Kabwe have any effect on the companies ability to move forwards? Does it not put off potential interested parties that Glencore could not sustain a business at Kabwe?

Do ZEMA have an interest in BMR current predicament? How do they view historical accounting issues? Do they or the company think it's a possibility they would revoke the approval due to new information coming to light?

How has the suspension affected day to day operation on the ground at Kabwe? Has work ceased due to all work focusing on the material concern identified?

The revised simplified flow sheet for the DFS for lead and zinc process has not run to schedule, upon it being signed off and accepted how long do the board envisage it will take for BMR to commence producing?

Is work continuing on the reported 'substantial expansion' that we require in order to progress with Copper production? Would it not prove to be more financially prudent given the companies cash position to abstain from the expansion and get started as planned previously and start to generate income as it would appear cash burn currently will see the company running out sooner rather than later which is not reassuring for any of us who are concerned or invested.

What is the expected length of time the company will remain suspended? Is there a likelihood this could be indefinite and delisting becomes a likelihood?

Alex Borrelli - Do you feel that all past promise and potential is deliverable at Kabwe or do you feel that more realistic goals will now need to be looked at considering the previously estimated sums of money needed for investment at Kabwe do you think it's realistic to expect BMR can still become a multi-faceted metal producer? Is the mine a realistic project for BMR to look at? The unexplored areas of land, does BMR possess the ability to explore this land as a stand alone business? Is there genuine investment interest in the BMR at Kabwe?

Chingola and Ndola - Are either of these projects feasibly still workable given just how much BMR seem to have control of just at Kabwe?

Does the closure of Sable Zinc Kabwe have any effect on the companies ability to move forwards? Does it not put off potential interested parties that Glencore could not sustain a business at Kabwe?

Why has BMR secured very little in the way of institutional investment given that it consistently has reported interest from financing partners for man

RE: Current Questions List for BMR

Without doubt 2015 will give us the answers as to whether we leave with our pants down or with a smile.

Those of you still on the sidelines can have a look at https://bmrwatch.shutterfly.com and contribute as you see fit.

Rather than mither and wallow in the gloom of the past year and more, there is another way. Ask pertinent questions of the board of directors. Already a number of people have contributed sensible questions. If you have a burning question then submit it. Do not leave that question until it is too late. Have no regrets just do it.

Laffer and others have done a decent job of keeping people up to date. It is not an exclusive club, it is not a load of people patting each other on the back, it is merely an alliance of shareholders who together have a voice. It is not a place of secrets, merely a place where people can stand aside each other and support the common goal.

Right - I am back off into my box - take care fellow shareholders.

Hi Laffer,
Good questions so far. However, I would expect an opening statement from the company, to give us an overview of what has happened over the past 4yrs, including a review of all the RNS thru this timeline. This would give us the complete story of where we have come from and how we have arrived at this point.

I hope those who are heavily exposed here found some peace of mind over the break and perhaps a little perspective of what really constitutes the important things in life.....

....but now that the maudlin stuff is out of the way, I hope you all sharpened your pitchforks and Vapes has finally finished with the rusty nipple clamps - we're going into battle!
