We are now group, gdc, rodeo, VOG, overall profitable em turnover, gross, net profit oh have I missed anyone or anything, PROFIT and yet it's only worth a rise of 8%, terrible I am afraid the next power plant will add on that basis 12% from here hardly worth getting excited for it appears we will see.

I did the same yonks ago . Sold some FTSE shares and invested in the polluted Black hole of AIm . Made a few bob on some of my AIM shares but lost a hell of a lot more on others . Well down on all but one of the 5 AIM shares that I have left . If I sold all today I would be down overall on my AIM dealings by well over 80K. Luckier than some that I have made money elsewhere with other investments which has meant in real terms my overall wealth hasn't suffered . Glad to say the golden rule I have adhered to by not investing more than I could afford to lose has kept me in good stead.
Come September I will defo sell 3 of my remaining shares . May sell my VOG holding as well at a stonking loss if the SP remains at these levels and will continue to hold Sarium only because it is an all or nothing share probably nothing knowing my luck and having traded it at a good profit have a free carry there.
There is no reason at all why the VOG SP should remain at under the £1.00 level once the profitability drips through to the bottom line . I am sure there will be a significant re rate here sooner rather than later . Will I still be invested here when that happens ?. Not sure.
ATB to all other long suffering long termers.

I just thought I should also mention , apart from a small buy by 1 director last year 2014, other directors haven’t bought any shares since April & Nov 2012.
That doesn’t show much confidence does it.

I know that we have higher scuffs now and should have connection to second power plant and dangote soon with more gas sales, but if we are now in a general profit mode, surely Foo would like to tell the market about that wouldn’t he. After all that’s what everyone has been waiting for and that’s what should push the sp up more.
I just can not understand WHY Foo hasn’t said anything yet, unless we are NOT at the general profit mode yet.
And until then as normal the sp will drift back down.

Bawbag. Those of us who are suffering have only ourselves to blame and I count myself in that. Whilst overall I am in reasonable profit on my portfolio, had I not sold off some of my blue chip and recovery stocks and piled into AIM a few years ago, I would now be in a much healthier position. But I've learnt the hard way and it's once bitten twice shy for me.
