I thought the excuse for that was the Oracle had told us there was commercially confidential information contained in the revised submission, therefore it had to go in concurrent with that for the FDP.

The triumph would have been going into production four years ago when they had employed a rig at great cost to perform precisely that, yet let it go.

ES

What shareholders should be asking is. Why has the updated ES not been submitted yet?
Is there sensitive information contained within that cannot be made public at the moment?
Why wait and submit the ES form with our FDP?
After all the ES does not require finance protection.

Is something/someone holding The Bentley project back-

http://www.statoil.com/en/About/Worldwide/UnitedKingdom/UKUpstream/Pages/Bressay.aspx

Is there more to this agreement than we think-

At some point the company will have to inform us shareholders the plan going forward, good or bad.

ugie, what would have been the best thing for genuine stockholders here was if we'd taken the hint from management near five years ago sold out at 4, and not had to endure the agony ever since until now.

I enjoy debate and discussion, but I'm not sure where Stodders gets his optimism; would genuinely like to know.

The other sad thing..

is that basically XEL has used $420m to date to prove up Bentley, yet despite this huge expense our reportedly brilliant SK, with the brilliant EWT results, seem to be unable to bring other parties in to benefit from the XEL HO experience. In 5 years of this IP being promoted as a key to successful HO production, nobody as yet seems to have been signed up by the management team of SK/CLC and company to at least help offset some of this expense incurred. All we see is SK driving around in his refurbished Bentley car, no doubt funded from the value of stock sold at 3.80 plus. In the meantime the sp lies from all this 'success' and the continuing employment of these people, at 0.32p.

totally agree - avoiding any dilution (however others may play it down and for whatever reason), has to be a good thing for genuine shareholders.

Pretty sure the reason we do not hear much from ENQ in relation to XEL is because they do not like Kraken to be shouted out about, or their methodology/costs compared to XEL's.
