Just bought some, £0.7925,could have got them for £0.7915 and they may go a lot lower yet, they have driven me mad the last few days so that's it now,I can get on and do other thing for while,I hope some of you people have had some luck or you get even better luck than me in the next days or weeks.
I cannot see how Plevin could possibly lead to further payouts under PPI. The clients applying have already been repaid their premiums in full, with interest, so whether the Banks took 10% undisclosed commission or 90%, the clients have already been fully compensated for the lot. Surely that flies in the face of any normal compensation payout?
Looks like you must be in then meerkat. So am I back in, been jumping in and out of these, even though I know they are good for 86p+. Been buying HSBC mainly as they have dropped more, but thought I would join the party here as well.
very droll as always wids! :) what we are seeing is a healthy appetite for packages of loans still on the banks books from specialist funds. depending on the price they are sold for as well as substantial property portfolios it would not be unreasonable to see some of the values written back allowing a more aggressive return of funds over time. So while it may be little while yet again it depends on your investment horizon.
