blackpuss - If i knew what an 'oroblem' was i might be able to help you out? I have probably added as much disvalue to this bb with my 6 posts as you have with your 394, not including EdnaTumblad and of course LadynoLuck's posts (who coincidentally also liked horse references)..hang on a sec....

Some funny computerised trading today. We seem to have slowed to 53 now. I'm not buying any more because the sp will probably drop some more lolol.
Glad I gave up fracking; I had to move a heavy birdbath and a lavender pot to bury my garden hose. Nothing came up except some old potatoes and rock and hamster bones.

Very plausible and sensible. Not 40 scuffs or bankruptcy!

The co. is imn a state of flux small tiddly E&O to utility provider. The future imho is rosy, albeit accept it may be slower than VOG say, may involve hiccups with oil price fluctuations, non paymenst etc etc.

Bottom line, and when ENEO stat taking gas, VOG will be making a tidy profit. The stock is possibly at fair value given current consumption and factoring in nothing more. Most E&Os are making losses, have a cheaper product to sell into a glut and have no cash or JV to fall back on, and will no doubt experience some extreme pain as the shalers will do. When they run out of cash or overdraft they will stop producing, no doubt diluting along the way. Glad I have my cash in VOG!

yes i can use my common sense that's all that's required, i.e dangote taking us into overall profitability that may have been the case when brent was $100 +-$ a few for the condensate, so now its halved in price we need a wee bit more scuffs is that a fair assumption on the limited info we have?

You really are! Simplistically if VOG spend $10 on GDC related activities, then JG pays $4 and VOG spend $6. So, all of the JG cash that comes back has been prepaid by VOG either via sales or debt/overdraft. So, VOG may have no cash whatsoever but is still owed 40% of the from Feb, I believe, 2014 monies.

So 'rampers' saying we have loads of cash - well it came from us and the cashback is the JG money, so money has not be created out of thin air. 'derampers' saying we have no/little money is also untrue insomuch as we are likely owed many millions.

Is anyone on this BB able to look a this company fairty neutrally?

I agree it's not fine, as it is not correct. Neither is what you stated, that they have a little. You just don't know..so you are guessing. The difference in those two examples is that JIMMMMBO has not gone, on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on.

so someone says they are flooded with money is fine?
they had $8mill in the bank in oct.last year.
look how much they had from the massive dilution in feb 2013 around $34mill, then grimms money $16.3mill plus $9mill bank loan. =$60mill
so they spent $52mill in 18 months, on what?
so no they are not flooded in money.
